Return & Exchange Policy
At TERRANERA, we want you to feel confident with every piece of jewelry you choose.
Our return and exchange policy is designed to make your experience simple and reliable.
✅ Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived with a manufacturing defect.
• You may exchange for:
o A different size (rings, bracelets, etc.)
o A different finish (gold or silver, depending on stock)
o Another item from our collection (price differences will apply).
❌ Exceptions
For hygienic and quality reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for:
• Earrings
• Sale / discounted items
🔄 Returns
• Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@terranerajewelry.com, including photos of the item.
• If applicable, TERRANERA will cover shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
🛠️ Warranty
• All pieces include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, falls, exposure to water, perfumes, natural oxidation, or normal wear and tear.
📦 Process
1. Contact us at hello@terranerajewelry.com with your order number, reason, and product photos.
2. Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for an exchange or return.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
