• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

• For hygienic reasons, earrings and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived with a manufacturing defect.
